Megan Morgan developed a deep love and appreciation for cemeteries during her childhood, where she spent many hours wandering amongst the tombstones of her family’s cemetery in the town of Is-en-Bassigny, France. She also began drawing and painting at an early age, as her family sometimes jokes “she drew before she walked”. The winner of several county and state level art awards, including first place in The North Carolina Farm City Art Show, Megan was accepted into North Carolina State University’s School of Graphic Design in 2005. Though her career ultimately took a turn towards veterinary science and education, art is still a priority in her life, and you can find her working on a number of graphic design, videography, photography, and painting projects in her free time.
